I guess pushing myself too hard has taken its toll on my knees. I have chrondromalacia in my right knee and can't do boot camp or anything involving running, deep knee bends or squats so that includes circuit training too. I'm super bummed since I like the overall health benefits of a leaner body. I guess I'll have to check out spinning and water aerobics for now until my knee heals.
